Dr. Erdoğan ÖZ

He was born in 1970 in Gaziantep. In 1995, he graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. His first duty station was Şanlıurfa Birecik Gültepe Health Center No. 2. After working in Şanlıurfa Birecik State Hospital between 1995-1998, he worked as a Family Medicine Assistant in Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital between 1998-2002 and as a Family Medicine Specialist between 2002-2003. Subsequently, he continued his duty in Adıyaman AÇSAP between 2002-2006 and in Adıyaman Center Family Medicine Unit No. 3 between 2006-2014. He worked as the Secretary General of Adıyaman Public Hospitals Union in 2015-2017 and as Adıyaman Provincial Health Director in 2017-2023. After working as a Family Medicine Unit Supervisor in Istanbul Şişli District Health Directorate between October 2023 and February 2024, he worked as a Family Medicine Specialist at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital between February 2024 and July 2024. In August 2024, he started his duty as Deputy Director General of Public Health.

He is married, has two children and speaks English.
